What is it?
A subscription based service that provides you with a personalised training program and continual online support to move you swiftly and safely towards your strength and flexibility goals.
How it works
The online coaching process is simple and easy:

Free video consultation call - We’ll get know each other and make sure we’ll enjoy working with each other. We’ll also dive deeper into your goals, your lifestyle and training history.
The movement assessment - You will be sent a list of exercises to perform and record. The videos will be assessed and used as baseline for your personal training program.
Phase 1 - The first phase of your training program will be sent within 48 hours of completing your movement assessment. Each phase consists of 6 - 8 weeks of training. Every program is based upon your movement assessment and is written specifically for you. It takes into account your goals, lifestyle, training history, and the amount of time you have available to train. Each exercise within the program comes with a video demonstration and explanation to ensure you completely understand how to perform each exercise.
Support
You will receive 24/7 online support through the Telegram app. I will respond to your videos, questions and/or concerns within 24 hours with honest feedback.
A scheduled video call at the end of every phase to review progress and discuss the new phase.
You are required to send videos of every exercise at the start and end of every training phase. This will ensure I can offer the best service possible and guide you towards your goals.
Outside of the required videos, it is your responsibility to regularly send videos via Telegram of your movements and exercises. The more videos you send the better service I can provide.
Extra video calls can be scheduled if you want to delve deeper into your practice, ask questions about any exercises, and/or discuss any life events that will affect training and how we can adapt your program to fit your situation.
I pride myself on an extremely personal service, however this is a two way street: the more you communicate with me, the more you will get out of the service!
How much is it?
Full online coaching

£199 per month with a minimum sign up of 3 months
Single goal online coaching
For those who want guidance with only one aspect of their training.
£149 per month with a minimum sign up of 3 months
Payments are made through PayPal subscription and are taken every month from the date of sign up.
